This class begins with a brief introduction to the Eight Limbs of yoga, followed by pranayama (yogic breathing), mantra, and Gentle asanas (yoga poses) to prepare our bodies for meditation. The class is designed for 25-30 minutes of movement and breathing followed by a 10-20 minute meditation. Students are invited to sit in meditation to their capacity. We welcome you to explore at your own pace. Novice or seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to experience the life changing affects of meditation.
