Come join Kathy in the studio for a wonderfully restorative Yoga Nidra workshop. Yoga Nidra, which means yogic sleep, instills incredible calmness, quiet and clarity in the body and in the mind.
Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations and is an essential part of a meditation practice. A rejuvenating practice, Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to reduce stress and tension in our lives.
The workshop will both explain the Yoga Nidra practice, and then lead participants through a full practice. No experience is necessary. This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning about Yoga Nidra and meditation.
