This class will improve
strength, stamina, and flexibility while having fun in the flow! Vigorous
Vinyasa will connect dynamic movement with sustained postures and breath. Each class will begin with a gentle warm up designed
to build heat throughout the body.
Special attention is placed on the 6 movements of the spine while
emphasizing on your breath and body alignment.
Creativity in sequencing assures this is never the same class twice.
Some experience with basic yoga poses is recommended but not required.
Modifications and options are offered based on the needs of the class.
